Open-source cap table calculation engine (npm) that resolves recursive ownership math across founders, issued and unused options, SAFEs with varying caps and MFN side letters, priced rounds, and option-pool refreshes.

Runs via CLI (npx @1984vc/cap-table) with four commands—existing, estimated-pre-round, pre-round, priced-round—or as a TypeScript library, built for use with AI coding agents. Accepts JSON input of holders, SAFEs, and round terms; outputs reconciled share counts, PPS, and final ownership percentages with floored shares and PPS rounded to five decimal places.
