HybridAgent is an LLM agent framework from Together AI that alternates between latent-space reasoning and text-based interaction within a single generation using a HybridLink adapter.

The repository provides the hybrid generation engine, HybridSFT and HybridRL training pipelines, batch inference, and a tool that renders latent thoughts as readable pseudo-text. Released 8B and 14B agentic checkpoints are fine-tuned from Qwen3 base through both SFT and RL stages.
