Go 1.26 made Green Tea the default GC, following its introduction in 1.25.

The post visualizes Go's size-segregated heap layout and confirms the non-moving collector leaves object addresses unchanged post-collection. It also documents a known limitation: Go's non-moving GC cannot reclaim sparse pages with isolated 8KiB object allocations.
