Sprites - Stateful sandboxes | William Callahan

Summary

Sprites are hardware-isolated, persistent Linux VMs powered by Firecracker for running arbitrary code, including AI agents.

They offer stateful ext4 filesystems, unlimited checkpoints with restore, granular billing for CPU, memory, and storage usage, and unique HTTP URLs. Users install via CLI, create sprites, execute commands, and access consoles or public endpoints.
